Ingredients

400 g	ribbon noodles
1 bunch(es)	bear’s garlic, finely sliced
2	shallots, cubed
1 tbsp	butter
200 g	single cream
3 tbsp	Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
	salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the shallots and fry for 5 minutes over low heat until golden. Stir in the single cream and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked ribbon noodles and simmer over low heat for a minute.

Fold in the bear’s garlic and simmer for 1 more minute. Toss in the pasta and serve.
