Ingredients
Makes: 1 cup- 1 cup oil-cured kalamata olives, pits removed
- 7 anchovy fillets
- 1/4 cup capers, drained
- 2 garlic cloves, cut in half
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Black pepper, to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins1. Pulse olives, anchovies, capers, garlic, and lemon juice together in a food processor until smooth. Add olive oil gradually while the motor is running. Season with black pepper.
