Ribbon noodle casserole recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | ribbon noodles |
1 | onion, chopped |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
300 g | minced meat |
6 tbsp | tomato puree |
200 ml | single cream |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
120 g | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
salt and pepper | |
oregano | |
2 tbsp | crème fraîche |
1 tbsp | butter |
¼ l | water |
Instructions
In a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic and the onion. Stir in the minced meat and cook for 10 minutes or until the meat is browned and crumbly. Stir in the tomato purée and season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano.Add the ribbon noodles. Pour in the water and the single cream. Cover and cook over low heat until the noodles are al dente. Stir in the parsley and the crème fraîche. Check seasoning and correct if necessary.
Sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese and cover until the cheese has melted.
Serve with fresh salad.
