Refrigerator pickles recipe details
These need to stay in the fridge. But they are crispy and delicious. Play around with the recipe adding your favorite spices and herbs. Use wide mouth 1 quart jars.

Ingredients
Serves: 20- 2 quarts water
- 1 quart white vinegar
- 1 cup pickling salt
- 1 tablespoon minced dried garlic
- 5 pounds cucumbers
- 1 bunch fresh dill, with flowers
- 20 cloves garlic
Preparation method
Prep: 12 hours | Cook: 10 mins1. Combine water, vinegar and salt in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Add minced dried garlic, remove from heat, and pour evenly into 4 quart size canning jars. Refrigerate overnight.
2. The following day, scrub cucumbers. Put some of the dill flowers and at least 5 peeled garlic cloves into each canning jar.
3. Pack cucumbers nice and tight, cover with cold brine, secure lids, and refrigerate at least 3 days.
