Firehouse thai infused back ribs recipe details
This Thai influenced BBQ Rib dish is quick and easy to make and there are never any leftovers.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- 10 tablespoon ketchup
- 1/4 water
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tea black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cilantro (chopped)
- 2 Bird’s Eye(R) Chiles (Thai red or green)
- 2 pounds pork back or side ribs
Preparation method
Prep: 4 hours 20 mins | Cook: 1 hour1. Using a small blender, mix all ingredients except ribs into a paste.
2. Rub marinade onto ribs and marinate for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
4. Bake for 60 minutes, basting every 15 minutes.
