|1||vanilla pod, pulp only|
|400 g||cream yoghurt|
|200 g||whole milk yoghurt|
Purée the redcurrants with vanilla pulp and sugar. Stir in the yoghurt and mix until well combined.
Pour the cream into a bowl. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours. Stir now and then, to keep the ice cream soft.
