Ingredients
400 g | redcurrants |
1 | vanilla pod, pulp only |
85 g | sugar |
400 g | cream yoghurt |
200 g | whole milk yoghurt |
Instructions
Purée the redcurrants with vanilla pulp and sugar. Stir in the yoghurt and mix until well combined.Pour the cream into a bowl. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours. Stir now and then, to keep the ice cream soft.
