Ingredients
1 l | milk |
4 scoop(s) | vanilla ice cream |
200 g | redcurrants |
½ tbsp | fresh mint, chopped |
Instructions
Divide 50g of the redcurrants with some water in ice cube forms. Freeze for 2-3 hours.
Place 2-3 ice cubes into each glass. Purée the remaining redcurrants with the ice cream and the milk. Pour into the glasses, garnish with fresh mint and serve with a straw.
