Redcurrant and egg liqueur dessert recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | redcurrants |
4 tbsp | sugar |
2 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
6 tbsp | egg liqueur |
200 g | whipping cream |
1 tbsp | fresh mint, chopped |
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the sugar, half of the vanilla sugar and the liqueur. Stir in the redcurrants and allow to soak for 60 minutes.Whip the cream with the remaining vanilla sugar until stiff.
Layer the redcurrant mixture in turn with the cream into dessert glasses. Serve garnished with the fresh mint.
