Red Grape Dressing recipe
From the Kitchen of Chef Craig Hartman
- Ingredients
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup sliced chives
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup canola oil
Place all ingredients in a pitcher and puree with mixer until mixture naturally thickens. Time to serve and enjoy. Good eating!
