Serves: 8- 16 red seedless grapes
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 3 ounces shelled pistachio nuts
Preparation method
Prep: 1 hour 20 mins1. Using your palms, roll each grape in approximately 1/2 tablespoon cheese until evenly covered. Place the balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
2. Using a food processor or mortar and pestle, finely crush the pistachio nuts. Roll each cheese ball in the crushed pistachios.
3. Slice each grape in half, place on a plate, and serve.
