Red fruit jelly dessert recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | blackberry |
500 g | raspberry |
500 g | red currant |
500 g | strawberry |
70 g | corn starch |
200 g | sugar |
1 l | fruit juice, e.g. red currant juice, cherry juice |
Instructions
Clean the berries. Halve or quarter bigger ones.Combine corn starch and sugar and mix with a small amount of the juice until smooth. Bring the remaining juice to a boil then stir in the cornstarch mixture. Bring to the boil again, then remove from the heat. Fold in the berries.
Ladle the red fruit dessert in individual glass dishes or a large glass bowl and place into the fridge for some hours or until set.
Serve with single cream, whipped cream, ice cream or vanilla sauce.
