Traditional indian persimmon pudding recipe details
Ingredients
480 g | persimmon pulp |
2 medium | eggs |
200 g | sugar |
500 g | flour |
1.4 l | milk |
2 tsp | baking soda |
1 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.In a bowl, combine the persimmon pulp, eggs, sugar, flour, milk and baking soda. Mix well until smooth. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish. Spread the butter all-over the top.
Bake for 2 hours until dark brown. Stir every 15 minutes.
