Red cabbage dumplings recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | potatoes, waxy type |
40 g | potato flour |
salt | |
nutmeg | |
2 l | red cabbage juice |
Instructions
Peel and dice, then cook the potatoes. Drain.Press the still warm potatoes through a potato ricer, mix immediately with the potato flour and season with salt and nutmeg. With damp hands, form balls out of the dough.
Bring the red cabbage juice to the boil, then add in the dumplings and cook over low heat for 15 minutes until they rise to the surface.
With a slotted spoon, take the red cabbage dumplings out of the juice, drain shortly and serve immediately.
