Ingredients
200 g | plain flour |
5 medium | eggs |
400 ml | milk |
30 g | sugar |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
Instructions
Sieve the flour into a bowl and mix well with the eggs, milk, sugar and salt, there shouldn’t be any lumps.Heat some oil in a pan and cook the pancakes thinly until golden in colour.
My mum would traditionally serve them with sugar and applesauce. I also like them with custard as well!
