|200 g||plain flour|
Sieve the flour into a bowl and mix well with the eggs, milk, sugar and salt, there shouldn’t be any lumps.
Heat some oil in a pan and cook the pancakes thinly until golden in colour.
My mum would traditionally serve them with sugar and applesauce. I also like them with custard as well!
