- eggs
- milk
- fresh cut onion
- fresh cut green pepper
- tomato
- mushrooms
- mozzarella cheese
Whisk eggs together in a medium-sized bowl, adding in ingredients. Place in a skillet on medium heat until cooked and fold together, adding cheese inside the folds, so as not to burn onto skillet. Slide out of pan when fully cooked. You might try using Italian bread for toast. Simply slice your bread, butter with a little olive oil, and place in the oven until toasted.
