Red cabbage casserole recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | minced meat, pork and beef |
1 | onion, chopped |
1 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
2 tbsp | concentrated butter |
salt and pepper | |
½ tsp | mild paprika powder |
300 g | crème fraîche |
800 g | red cabbage (canned), drained |
100 g | grated Cheddar cheese |
Instructions
Sauté the minced meat together with the onion and garlic in the concentrated butter until the meat is crumbly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Stir in the Crème fraîche.Spoon the red cabbage into a greased casserole dish. Evenly divide the minced meat mixture on top and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.
Serve with boiled potatoes.
