|500 g||minced meat, beef and pork|
|1 tbsp||curry powder or more|
|1 small||savoy cabbage, chopped|
|300 ml||vegetable stock|
|1 cup(s)||crème fraîche|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
InstructionsSeason the minced meat with salt and pepper. Heat some oil in a saucepan and stir-fry onions and minced meat until the meat is crumbly. Add the curry and cook for another minute. Add the cabbage and the vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
Stir in the crème fraîche and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with boiled potatoes or fresh bread.
