Ingredients
500 g | minced meat, beef and pork |
1 | onion, chopped |
1 tbsp | curry powder or more |
1 small | savoy cabbage, chopped |
300 ml | vegetable stock |
1 cup(s) | crème fraîche |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
oil |
Instructions
Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Heat some oil in a saucepan and stir-fry onions and minced meat until the meat is crumbly. Add the curry and cook for another minute. Add the cabbage and the vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Simmer for approximately 20 minutes.Stir in the crème fraîche and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with boiled potatoes or fresh bread.
