Ratafia biscuits recipe details
Ingredients
2 medium | eggs |
30 g | butter |
130 g | almonds, ground |
180 | castor sugar |
1 tbsp | flour |
rice paper |
Instructions
In a bowl beat egg whites until stiff. Mix in the butter and sugar, then add the flour and ground almonds. Mix well. Add beaten egg whites into the mixture and beat into a smooth paste.Once it starts to stiffen, place in an icing bag with a plain pipe and place drops of the size of small biscuits on the rice paper. Drops of the batter can also be placed in the rice paper by using a small spoon, or create your own desired shape.
Bake at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes.
