Instructions
Sift together the sugar and flour. Add beaten eggs and mix with a wooden spoon. Then add caraway seeds and rose water. Combine and mix all ingredients well until they form a solid dough. This may take up to an hour as the eggs only stiffen slowly.Preheat oven to 170°C.
When the dough is stiff and firm spoon out dollops of the mixture onto a greased cooking sheet to create the biscuits.
Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Leave to cool.
