4 tbsp | currants |
3 tbsp | sugar |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.Sprinkle sugar over a baking sheet. Transfer puff pastry onto the sugar coated surface.
Sprinkle currants over half of the puff pastry and sprinkle a bit more sugar over the currants.
Fold the puff pastry over the filling and with a rolling pin flaten the folded pastry. Cut into squares and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden.
