Quick tofu stir fry recipe details
A stir-fry of tofu, noodles, and veggies, this dish serves two and is both healthy and delicious!

Ingredients
Serves: 2- 1 (3 ounce) package instant ramen noodles
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1x1x2-inch slice of firm tofu, cubed
- 1/4 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 1/3 cup plum sauce
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Boil top ramen noodles according to package directions but do not add seasoning packet. Drain, set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add tofu to one side of skillet and onion and pepper to the other side (don’t let the tofu mix with the vegetables).
3. Sear tofu on all sides as best as you can, and make sure onions and peppers caramelize but don’t burn, about 10 minutes.
4. When tofu browns, add noodles. Now mix all ingredients together, add the sauces, and continue to heat. When the mixture is heated through (about 5 minutes), serve.
