Quick pizza di parma recipe details
Ingredients
2 ball(s) | Mozzarella cheese, sliced |
3 slice(s) | Parma ham |
2 | onions, sliced |
400 g | ready rolled out pizza dough |
50 g | rocket, roughly chopped |
200 g | pureed tomatoes |
dried oregano | |
basil, chopped | |
sugar | |
salt and pepper | |
2 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
Line a baking tray with the dough.Season the tomatoes with salt, pepper, sugar, oregano and basil. Spread the dough with the sauce. Sprinkle with cheese, ham and onions. Drizzle with the oil. Season with pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven at 220°C for 15 minutes. Remove the pizza from the oven.
Arrange the rocket on top of the pizza and serve.
