Ingredients
1 pack(s) | pizza dough, ready to use |
500 g | minced meat |
2 | red onions, sliced |
1 large can(s) | corn, drained |
200 g | Hollandaise sauce |
250 g | freshly grated cheese |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
paprika powder | |
Worcestershire sauce | |
oregano and basil | |
1 tbsp | oil |
2 tbsp | tomato puree |
Instructions
In a saucepan, stir-fry the mince with the garlic in oil for 10 minutes. Add the corn and onions and season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and Worcestershire sauce. Take from heat.Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Roll out the pizza dough and coat evenly with the tomato purée. Season with oregano and basil. Divide the mince, onions and corn on top. Pour over the Hollandaise sauce and sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes and serve immediately.
