Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Pour 1 tablespoon oil into a large skillet and set over medium heat. Add salmon and cook for about 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4 to 6 minutes, until salmon flakes easily. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil.
