Quick berry cobbler recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup berries
- vanilla extract

Melt butter or margarine in deep baking dish in oven. Beat sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and milk until smooth. Pour batter over melted butter and blend together. Add vanilla. Pour berries over the batter and sprinkle sugar over berries. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. The batter will rise to the top during baking.
Note:Various berries may be used or a medley of berries.
