Ingredients

• 5 tablespoons olive oil
• 5 to 10 cloves garlic
• 1 medium to large onion, diced
• 2 (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
• 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
• 2 tablespoons dried parsley
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 3 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 tablespoon fresh or dried basil
• 1/2 cup red wine

Preparation method
