Ingredients
Serves: 1- 1 baking potato
- 1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 1 hour1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Pierce the baked potato several times with a fork, place on baking sheet, and bake for 1 hour or until tender. (In a hurry? Cook in the microwave on high for 10 minutes.) Remove from oven and split open.
