Chicken manchuria recipe details
This is a mix of Indian and Chinese cuisine packaged into a delicious dish. Can be served with rice, noodles, or by itself. Fried chicken dumplings in a delicious and spicy sauce.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- For chicken balls:
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- salt to taste
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- oil for deep frying
- For sauce:
- 2 tablespoons ginger finely, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons corn flour mixed with 1/4 cup water
- bunch spring onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ajinomoto (can be omitted)
- salt to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 1 hour 20 mins | Cook: 40 mins1. For chicken balls:
2. Marinate chicken in all the ingredients for 1 hour; make balls and deep fry it, keep it aside.
3. For sauce:
4. Heat the oil and fry the ginger garlic paste and chopped spring onions for 2 minutes.
5. Now add the chicken stock, soy sauce, chili sauce, ajinomoto, salt and corn flour mixture.
6. Simmer, keep mixing till the mixture starts thickening and becomes saucy.
7. Now add the chicken balls to it and mix well and immediately take off from heat.
8. Add the chicken balls just before serving.
