Pudding Truffles recipe

|180 g||digestive biscuits, crumbled|
|50 g||dried fruit, chopped|
|50 g||mixed nuts, chopped|
|50 g||raspberry jam|
|grated zest of 1 orange|
|some||rum, to taste|
Mix biscuit crumbs, dried fruit, nuts, jam and zest in a large bowl. Gradually add enough rum to make a stiff mixture.
Form mixture into walnut-sized balls and coat lightly in cocoa powder.
Decorate the top with a small piece rolled out of white marzipan to resemble icing. Dust with icing sugar.
