Pudding truffles recipe details
Ingredients
180 g | digestive biscuits, crumbled |
50 g | dried fruit, chopped |
50 g | mixed nuts, chopped |
50 g | raspberry jam |
grated zest of 1 orange | |
some | rum, to taste |
some | white marzipan |
some | icing sugar |
some | cocoa powder |
Instructions
Mix biscuit crumbs, dried fruit, nuts, jam and zest in a large bowl. Gradually add enough rum to make a stiff mixture.Form mixture into walnut-sized balls and coat lightly in cocoa powder.
Decorate the top with a small piece rolled out of white marzipan to resemble icing. Dust with icing sugar.
