Chocolate and Red Wine Cake recipe

|100 g||dark chocolate|
|For the dough:|
|10 g||cocoa powder|
|1 packet(s)||baking powder|
|2 tsp||vanilla extract, 2-3 tsp|
|100 ml||red wine|
|150 g||chocolate, chopped|
|125 ml||red wine|
|For the glaze:|
|200 g||dark chocolate|
Chop and melt the chocolate, then leave to cool slightly. Melt the butter and leave to cool slightly.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
For the dough:
Combine the flour and the cocoa powder and sieve into a bowl. Add the vanilla extract and the sugar. Stir in the red wine, the eggs, the melted butter and the melted chocolate. Seal the bowl with a lid and strongly shake the bowl until all ingredients are well mixed. Mix in the chopped chocolate.
Divide the dough on a greased baking tray and flatten. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
Transfer the baking tray on a wire rack and immediately drizzle the red wine over the cake. Leave to cool.
For the glaze:
Chop the chocolate and place together with the oil in a small saucepan. Heat gently, stirring, until the chocolate has melted an is well combined with the oil. Evenly divide the chocolate glaze on the cake. Garnish with a fork, drawing lines in the chocolate. Leave to set.
