Ingredients
125 g | turkey, cut into 6 stripes |
3 slice(s) | prosciutto, halved |
2 | spring onions, sliced |
1 tsp | oil |
250 g | cucumber, sliced |
150 g | yoghurt |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
1 tsp | dill, chopped |
salt and pepper | |
sugar | |
2 | skewers |
Instructions
Wrap each turkey stripe with half a slice of prosciutto. Spike the wraps in turn with the spring onion slices onto 2 skewers.In a pan, heat the oil and fry the skewers for 6 minutes.
In a bowl, mix together the cucumber, ice-cold yoghurt, dill and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
Serve the cucumber salad together with the turkey skewers.
