Ingredients

125 g	turkey, cut into 6 stripes
3 slice(s)	prosciutto, halved
2	spring onions, sliced
1 tsp	oil
250 g	cucumber, sliced
150 g	yoghurt
1 tbsp	lemon juice
1 tsp	dill, chopped
	salt and pepper
	sugar
2	skewers

Instructions

Wrap each turkey stripe with half a slice of prosciutto. Spike the wraps in turn with the spring onion slices onto 2 skewers.

In a pan, heat the oil and fry the skewers for 6 minutes.

In a bowl, mix together the cucumber, ice-cold yoghurt, dill and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.

Serve the cucumber salad together with the turkey skewers.
