Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Breast recipe

Ingredients
80 g | prosciutto or pancetta slices |
500 g | chicken breast fillets |
some | olive oil |
250 ml | chicken stock |
some | sea salt |
some | freshly grounded black pepper |
Instructions
Season chicken with little salt and pepper.
Wrap the prociutto around the chicken fillets.
Heat a non-stick frying pan, add the oil and cook the chicken for about 4 minutes each side until browned.
Add stock, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from pan and cover to keep warm.
Bring pan juices to the boil and simmer uncovered until sauce thickened.
