An easy grilled salmon recipe packed with Asian flavor from hoisin sauce.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Extra time: 30 mins, marinating1. Place onions, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, lemon juice, lemon zest, and pepper into a large plastic resealable bag, along with the salmon. Seal bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
2. Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil grate.
3. Remove salmon from marinade and place on grill. Close lid and cook for about 10 minutes, until fish flakes easily. Serve.
