• 3 green onions, chopped
• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon lemon zest
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 6 (4 ounce) salmon fillets

Preparation method

Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Extra time: 30 mins, marinating

1. Place onions, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, lemon juice, lemon zest, and pepper into a large plastic resealable bag, along with the salmon. Seal bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
