Pressure cooker pork loin and sauerkraut recipe details
A sweet and juicy pork loin.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- pork loin whole 2 lbs
- 2 lb. bag sauerkraut
- 1 lb baby red potatoes
- 20 oz. can of pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 45 mins1. In a 8 qt. pressure cooker add cooking oil heat to medium brown loin on all sides. Remove loin; drain excess oil.
2. Place sauerkraut in cooker. Place potatoes and loin on top of kraut. Sprinkle brown sugar over loin and potatoes. Take can of pineapple chunks and drain juices over everything along with pineapple chunks.
3. Place lid on pressure cook heat on high setting until 15 lb. weight rocks gently. Turn heat to medium cook on medium 45 minutes. Remove from heat let cool gradually.
