Prawns in Garlic and Chili Sauce recipe

|350 ml||olive oil|
|300 g||onions, chopped|
|5 clove(s)||garlic, mashed|
|600 g||prawns, peeled and deveined|
In a large saucepan, heat the oil and fry the onions for a minute. Add the garlic and prawns, rosemary, bay leaf, chili and basil. Season with salt. Stir-fry over medium heat until the prawns are pink.
Serve hot with baguette.
