Christmas oyster and avocado starter recipe details
Ingredients
3 | avocados |
300 g | smoked oysters |
6 slice(s) | Camembert cheese |
1 tbsp | sesame seed |
1 | red pepper seeded and cut into strips |
100 ml | sour cream |
3 tbsp | mayonnaise |
1 tsp | lemon juice |
Instructions
Cut avocado halves in thin slices and place fanlike onto serving plates. Divide oysters between plates and place on top of avocados. Place a slice of the cheese on top and sprinkle with sesame seed.Mix cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Place under a grill to melt the cheese and heat avocado. Pour cream onto and next to avocados and decorate with pepper strips.
