Prawns in cream cheese recipe details
Ingredients
1 | cucumber |
200 g | prawns, peeled, deveined, cooked |
200 g | cream cheese |
1 | lemon |
1 tsp | olive oil |
1 bunch(es) | fresh mint |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Wash cucumber and grate it.In a bowl whip cream cheese with lemon juice and oil. Add mint and season to taste.
Boil prawns, drain and leave to cool a little. Then add to mixture and toss.
Share out grated cucumber into four individual piles. Cover with cheese-prawn mixture.
Serve chilled and garnish with a few prawns and mint leaves.
