Prawn curry recipe details
Ingredients
800 g | prawn, peeled |
150 g | butter |
2 medium | onion, chopped |
4 clove(s) | garlic, mashed |
4 tsp | curry powder |
1 tsp | chili powder |
some | salt and pepper |
some | cream |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the butter and sauté the onions and the garlic over medium until lucent. Add the prawns and the curry powder. Season with salt and chili powder. Cook over low heat stirring, until the prawns are cooked and pink.Pour in cream, according to the amount of sauce you would like to have. Simmer stirring for 1-2 more minutes. Check seasoning and correct, if necessary.
Serve with rice or pasta.
