Prawn and mushroom salad recipe details
Ingredients
12 large | prawns, peeled and deveined |
2 | porcini mushrooms |
50 g | sesame seeds |
green leaf salad | |
olive oil | |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Bring a small pan of water to the boil. Wash the prawns and boil for 2 or 3 minutes. Strain and leave to cool.Brown the sesame seeds in a frying pan, with a little salt. Remove from heat and set aside.
Wash salad leaves, pat dry and arrange on plates.
Brush, wipe and slice mushrooms and arrange on salad. Add prawns to salad and season with olive oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
