Prawn and rice salad recipe details
Ingredients
450 g | prawns, cooked and peeled |
200 g | rice, cooked |
220 g | pineapple chunks |
2 tbsp | pineapple juice |
½ | cucumber, diced |
2 tbsp | French Dressing, or use a dressing of your choice |
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the prawns, rice, pineapple pieces and cucumber.Mix the reserved pineapple juice into the dressing and stir. Mix dressing into the salad and serve.
