Grilled salmon with pear salsa recipe details
Ingredients
600 g | salmon fillets, divided into 4 fillets |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
2 | pears, peeled, quartered, cored, diced |
2 tbsp | lime juice |
½ tsp | rosemary, chopped |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Heat an grill pan over a medium heat.Place the lime juice and rosemary in a small bowl and mix to blend. Add the chopped pear to the lime juice and season.
Once the pan is hot, lightly oil the salmon. Cook, flesh side down, for 8 minutes, turning around once. Turn over and cook, skin side down, for a further 5 minutes.
To serve, arrange the salmon on 4 plates and spoon the pear salsa over the top.
