Potatoes with thyme and garlic recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced |
4 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
some | olive oil |
some | thyme, chopped |
sea salt | |
100 g | crème fraîche |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.Arrange the potato slices on a lined baking tray. Sprinkle with garlic, thyme and sea salt and drizzle olive oil over the potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes or until tender.
Serve the baked potatoes with crème fraîche.
