salt and pepper | |
paprika powder | |
nutmeg | |
some | dried mixed herbs |
1 | egg |
3 tbsp | flour |
½ cup(s) | sweet corn |
oil for frying | |
sea salt |
Instructions
Mix the leftover mashed potatoes with the seasoning, herbs, flour and egg until well combined and without lumps. Mix in the drained corn.Fry batches in hot oil until golden brown on both sides and sprinkle with sea salt. Serve hot.
