Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 1/2 pounds pork meat, cut in thin strips
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
- 4 drops Tabasco(R) sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Fry pork in oil for 5 minutes, flipping as necessary. Remove pork from pan and set aside.
2. In the same pan, fry the chopped onion and garlic in low heat for 5 minutes.
3. Add the rest of ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Finally, add the pork that you had set aside and cook for 5 more minutes.
