Had this recipe from a friend, who is always cooking on her out door grill even in cold weather. She’s mad… I tried this on my indoor grill, with the heating on.

Ingredients
Makes: 4- 4 loin of pork chops, about 180g (6 ounces) in weight each
- 25g (1 3/4 tablespoons) melted butter
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 175g (6 ounces) crumbled cheese
- 4 tablespoons brown ale
- 4 grilled tomato halves
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Place chops in grill, brush with melted butter, and grill for 8 to 10 minutes depending on thickness. Turn over and brush with more butter; grill for further 8 to 10 minutes.
2. Mix together the cheese, beer and mustard. Spread mixture equally over chops, and grill until brown.
3. Place on a plate and garnish with the grilled tomato.
