Ingredients
400 g | lean pork, cut in small pieces |
1 | onion, chopped |
1 tbsp | tomato paste |
2 tbsp | sour cream |
3 tbsp | wheat flour |
2 | bay leaves |
oil | |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat some oil and fry the onions until translucent. Add the pork and fry for some minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper and dust with the flour. Add tomato paste and stir-fry for a minute. Deglaze with 300ml of water, add the bay leaves and bring to a boil.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the meat is tender, stir in the sour cream and cook for another minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice or ribbon noodles and with green salad.
