Pork Stew with Banana recipe

|4 large||onions, chopped|
|500 g||pork neck, cut into 2cm cubes|
|1 large can(s)||tomatoes|
|4||firm bananas, sliced|
|2 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|salt and pepper|
In a large saucepan, sear the pork until slightly browned. Add the onions and garlic and cook stirring for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Add the tomatoes and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for ¾ of an hour.
Add the bananas and cook for another 10 minutes. Check seasoning and adjust if necessary.
Serve with fresh French bread.
