|500 g||fresh asparagus, washed and trimmed|
|50 ml||olive oil|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
|dried Herbes de Provence|
Preheat oven to 200░C. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a bowl toss the asparagus with olive oil, Herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper. Spread the asparagus onto the baking.
Roast until tender and lightly browned, about 10-12 minutes.
