500 g | fresh asparagus, washed and trimmed |
50 ml | olive oil |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
dried Herbes de Provence |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200░C. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.In a bowl toss the asparagus with olive oil, Herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper. Spread the asparagus onto the baking.
Roast until tender and lightly browned, about 10-12 minutes.
