Pork medallions with mozzarella cheese recipe details
Ingredients

salt and pepper | |
2 tbsp | oil |
1 sprig(s) | rosemary |
1 clove(s) | garlic, mashed |
125 g | mozzarella cheese, cut into 6 slices |
125 ml | tomato sauce |
1 large can(s) | mushrooms |
paprika powder |
Instructions
Season the pork medallions with salt and pepper.In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add the pork medallions and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes from both sides. Add the garlic and the rosemary. Pour in the mushrooms and the tomato sauce. Season to taste with salt, paprika powder and pepper. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Top each pork medallions with a slice of Mozzarella. Cover and cook until the cheese has melted.
Serve with potatoes.
