Ingredients
Serves: 4- 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can Campbell’s(R) Golden Pork Gravy
- 1 tablespoon spicy-brown mustard
- 4 cups hot mashed potatoes
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 25 mins1. Coat the pork with the flour.
2. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides.
